Pat on the back for all of us in the Paxton Benefice

Yesterday, a very keen group of students of church architecture based at St Martin’s in the Fields in London  visited 7 churches in the area- and the last three were Diddington, Little and the Great Paxton. It was great to see their enthusiasm and Ive just had an e-mail from their leader Chris. It’s very encouraging :

Thank you so much from all of us for letting us visit your delightful churches yesterday.  We were welcomed with so much affection and expertise at all three of them and it is obvious that your enthusiasm transmits itself across the benefice- and you do have some gems on your hands!
With all good wishes from us all, and good luck with all your re-ordering programmes!
Thanks Chris!
Here is Ray Geeves, one of our Great Paxton wardens talking to the group yesterday.
